Staying at Tianjin Xinmei Homestay for Zhou Shen's concert was one of the best decisions I made during my trip to Tianjin. The nearest metro station is only about 100 meters away, and walking there is a breeze. Right outside the door, there’s an amazing variety of restaurants—from local street food to cozy cafes—so many options that I barely managed to try just a few. The building itself feels fresh and well-maintained: the lobby and elevator are clean and stylish, giving off a modern, high-quality vibe. I stayed in a spacious loft unit with two full-sized beds, two bathrooms, and smartly designed levels. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and had zero renovation smell—definitely recently renovated but not overwhelming. As soon as I walked in, I noticed a subtle, pleasant fragrance that instantly made me feel at home. For those driving, parking is available in basement level B2. There’s a small fee of ¥20 for temporary parking, after which your license plate gets registered into the system—you simply scan a QR code to enter. Bonus points: Level B1 has multiple DC fast chargers, perfect for electric vehicle travelers. The view from the 17th floor is absolutely stunning—wide open, bright, and peaceful. It really felt like coming home, so much so that I didn’t want to leave when check-out time came (though the host mentioned check-out by noon). Overall, every single aspect exceeded expectations—great value, warm hospitality, and a comfortable stay that made me want to extend my visit. Definitely planning to come back.

They even provided Spring Valley natural mineral water—such a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff, a young man named Li, was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was an all-you-can-eat buffet with a great variety and excellent quality—our family enjoyed every bite. Overall, this was one of the best stays we’ve had during our trip to Tianjin. With its unbeatable location, cleanliness, comfort, and warm service, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning next time we’re in town.

Overall, despite the older building, the location, convenience, and value made this a fantastic choice for a concert trip.
