The breakfast spread is generous and diverse, offering a great mix of local and international options. The outdoor pool is clean, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing under the sun. Even though it's not indoor, the upkeep makes it a standout feature. Everything about this stay felt premium and thoughtfully designed. Booking the Executive Floor was a game-changer; it offered a more personalized experience with dedicated support throughout our stay. The guest experience team was patient, helpful, and made every detail seamless. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too.
