Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and served in a calm, relaxing atmosphere that made morning meals feel like a true treat. The quiet ambiance allowed for a peaceful start to the day, perfect for both solo travelers and families. Located just a short walk from public transit, it's easy to explore Düsseldorf’s vibrant city center. This hotel offers incredible value and comfort—definitely a top pick for anyone visiting the area.

Breakfast was outstanding, easily the best I've had at any hotel in Germany so far: fresh, abundant, and delicious. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service. Location is excellent—just steps away from the S-Bahn station, making it super easy to explore downtown Düsseldorf. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable, and the TV offered a great selection of channels. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. I can't recommend this hotel enough—it’s a top-tier choice for anyone visiting Düsseldorf.

Staying at B-Boardinghouse in Düsseldorf felt like coming home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly well thought out. Right behind the main train station, you’d never expect such a peaceful, high-quality living environment, but here it is. The apartments are modern, beautifully furnished, and equipped with top-tier amenities—from the kitchen to the luxurious boxspring bed, everything was perfect. Cleaning service twice a week with fresh linens and towels made life so easy. And if you ever need help, Gordon Berning is always on hand—friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your stay seamless. I even rented a parking spot, which was a huge plus given how tight street parking can be in Eisenstraße. We stayed for two and a half months, and every single day felt comfortable and relaxing, just like being in your own private space. It’s rare to find a place that feels this personal and well-maintained. Thanks to Gordon and the whole team for creating such an unforgettable experience. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a home away from home.

The lighting is overly bright and some fixtures don’t work properly. I noticed paper cups being used instead of glassware, which felt like a real oversight in quality control. The balcony overlooks a P-garage, so the view isn’t great. The front side of the building faces a busy tram line and traffic, making mornings noisy and hard to relax. Several faucets were dripping or malfunctioning, clearly needing maintenance. Most disappointing was the price—it’s too high for what’s actually offered. With better value alternatives available nearby, this place doesn’t justify the cost, especially for a short visit. Would not recommend unless you’re on a tight schedule and have no other options.
