I also enjoyed unlimited access to both the Victory Wing and Heritage Wing infinity pools. Afternoon tea was complimentary from 12–6 PM, followed by cocktail hour from 6–7 PM—such a lovely touch. The in-room mini-fridge was fully stocked with 10 free drinks daily, plus one bottle of wine. Housekeeping came twice daily—morning and afternoon—for a consistently clean space. The only minor issue was a slight musty smell upon arrival, but it disappeared within a few days. With so many stunning photo spots—definitely more than 20—I couldn’t stop taking pictures. This hotel is a true visual delight and an absolute highlight of my trip.

And don’t miss the free afternoon tea: the yellow cassava cake was delicious (though it’s not served daily, so lucky if you catch it). After a long day exploring George Town, coming back here to sip tea, enjoy a snack, and relax with a book felt pure bliss. Staff were incredibly polite and attentive—always ready to help. We arrived early in the morning and were surprised to be checked in by 11 AM! Plus, the two resident cats are adorable—they wander the halls like true hotel celebrities.
