Located in East Austin, the neighborhood is full of great dining and drinking spots—no car needed. We stayed for two nights, and during our visit, we were the only guests in this intimate boutique hotel with just seven rooms. It felt quiet, personal, and truly special. I’d absolutely stay here again—the charm, comfort, and attention to detail make it stand out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish retreat in Austin.

The location is unbeatable, the room was comfortable, and the attention to detail in the design stood out. I’d definitely consider returning, especially if they can improve on the quietness of the AC system.

My only small suggestion would be extending the hours for the coffee bar and restaurant a bit later in the evening—since I returned late, I’d have loved a quick bite or coffee before bed. That said, everything else was perfect. Great location, easy access to downtown Austin, and fantastic value for money. Definitely planning to come back.

It’s not worth the price, especially considering the lack of basic cleanliness and comfort. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent urban stay. Definitely not something I’d consider returning to.
