Even though it's not a brand-new property, Shangri-La still delivers the reliable luxury I've come to expect. The view from the suite was impressive, offering a great outlook over the city skyline. One of the highlights was access to the Executive Lounge. While the happy hour offerings weren’t extensive, the selection was solid—great for grabbing a bite and a drink after a long day. Overall, the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service, comfort, and attention to detail all reflect the high standards this hotel is known for. Definitely a top-tier choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Also, the front desk requires copying my ID upon check-in—a practice I find unusual and concerning from a privacy standpoint, as I’ve never encountered it elsewhere. It’s worth reviewing whether this aligns with local regulations and security standards. Despite these points, the overall experience remains excellent.
