I couldn’t be happier with my stay at Hi Inn (Shanghai North Bund Pingliang Road)! This hotel offers incredible value for money—comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a prime location. The room was spacious and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. What stood out most was how close it is to the hospital—just a few hundred meters away, which made everything so convenient, especially if you’re visiting someone or need medical care nearby. Public transportation is also within easy reach, with the metro just a short walk away. Everything about this stay felt seamless and stress-free. This was my first stay at Hi Inn Hotel Shanghai Shibo Tangqiao Subway Station, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. We booked a non-windowed double room, but the front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a window-facing room at no extra cost—such a pleasant surprise! The room is compact but very clean and well-organized, with high-quality disposable bath towels, slippers, and even two bottles of Nongfu Spring water provided. The bathroom features a smart toilet, which added a nice touch of comfort. I’ve stayed at nearby HanTing and Home Inn before, but this time I chose Hi Inn for its great value—and honestly, the experience held its own. On our second day, we had an appointment that required checking out after 3 PM. After discussing with the front desk staff, they arranged a one-hour late check-out for just an additional 49 RMB, and even helped us claim a discount voucher. Super helpful and professional. The location is excellent—right next to Tangqiao Metro Station, close to Renji Hospital, and surrounded by plenty of local eateries. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel offers convenience and comfort in one. I’ll definitely be returning here on future trips to Shanghai.
