Staff were attentive—the moment my mom sat down, someone asked if she wanted soy milk, and three cups arrived right away. The duplex room was spacious, especially the second-floor bedroom, which felt very comfortable. A few facilities could use upgrading—like the showerhead pressure and the small, outdated changing rooms at the pool area.
