I stayed at City Comfort Inn Hotel (Guilin Lingui Jinshui Road) and was truly impressed. Even the housekeeping team went above and beyond: everything was spotless, down to the neatly arranged slippers. It’s clear they take pride in every little detail. I definitely recommend recording a video before checking in, as the mirror was already broken and the hairdryer had a distinct burnt smell when turned on. I've stayed at many homestays before and always take good care of the property—never had an issue like this before. This time, I was unfairly accused without any proof, which was frustrating. It’s a lesson learned, and I’ll treat it as a costly reminder to be more cautious. If you're staying here, make sure to inspect everything carefully—especially small details like appliances. The location is convenient for getting around, but the condition of the facilities really needs attention.
