The room was spacious and bright, with plush bedding that made for an incredibly restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features smart dry-wet separation, and the hot water came on strong and stayed consistent—perfect for a relaxing shower. The front desk staff member with ID #506 had such a warm, welcoming smile and provided exceptional service—always ready to help with a cheerful attitude. Even the housekeeping team went above and beyond: everything was spotless, down to the neatly arranged slippers. It’s clear they take pride in every little detail. I definitely recommend recording a video before checking in, as the mirror was already broken and the hairdryer had a distinct burnt smell when turned on. I've stayed at many homestays before and always take good care of the property—never had an issue like this before. This time, I was unfairly accused without any proof, which was frustrating. It’s a lesson learned, and I’ll treat it as a costly reminder to be more cautious. If you're staying here, make sure to inspect everything carefully—especially small details like appliances.
