My stay at Comfort Hotel in Guilin (Guilin Railway Station Wanda City Branch) was absolutely flawless from booking to check-out. The room was spacious and bright, with plush bedding that made for an incredibly restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features smart dry-wet separation, and the hot water came on strong and stayed consistent—perfect for a relaxing shower. The front desk staff member with ID #506 had such a warm, welcoming smile and provided exceptional service—always ready to help with a cheerful attitude. Even the housekeeping team went above and beyond: everything was spotless, down to the neatly arranged slippers. It’s clear they take pride in every little detail. Clean, comfortable, well-located, and fantastic value—this is exactly the kind of place I’d recommend without hesitation. Will definitely be back.

I definitely recommend recording a video before checking in, as the mirror was already broken and the hairdryer had a distinct burnt smell when turned on. I've stayed at many homestays before and always take good care of the property—never had an issue like this before. This time, I was unfairly accused without any proof, which was frustrating. It’s a lesson learned, and I’ll treat it as a costly reminder to be more cautious. If you're staying here, make sure to inspect everything carefully—especially small details like appliances. The location is convenient for getting around, but the condition of the facilities really needs attention.
