My grandparents were thrilled exploring the history of the Forbidden City, while the kids loved the bustling energy of Zhongjie Pedestrian Street. Meanwhile, I was excited about the authentic food in Xita and the convenience of the on-site spa just steps from our door—all within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is spacious and welcoming, making everyone, from elders to little ones, feel at home. Our family room had ample space and thoughtful amenities. Service stood out: staff noticed our elderly guests and proactively asked if they needed firmer pillows—such a kind touch. Cleanliness was top-notch too; every surface, especially those kids might touch, felt thoroughly sanitized. This stay truly made our vacation stress-free and unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back.
