Although I booked through a platform, the front desk staff, Miao Yuting and Qian Haorui, proactively checked if an upgrade was possible and happily confirmed one for me. Stepping into the upgraded room felt like entering a presidential suite—spacious to the point of getting lost in the corners, with panoramic views of the Olympic Center that were absolutely stunning. The room itself was immaculate, featuring smart curtains, a large bathtub, and two bathrooms—everything you could want. I also received complimentary afternoon tea access on the first floor, which I enjoyed after checking out the gym and pool, both of which were top-notch and well-maintained. Breakfast at the 5th floor was exceptional—diverse, delicious, and a real highlight. Honestly, the value for money was outstanding. If I ever return to Nanjing, this will be my go-to choice.

The executive room was spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The executive lounge was a highlight—elegant atmosphere, great views, and the complimentary snacks were delicious and thoughtfully presented. There were a few minor hiccups during our stay, but once we brought them up, the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved everything promptly—really impressive service. On New Year’s Day, our room was beautifully set with welcome fruits, and they were restocked throughout our stay along with refreshing drinks—so thoughtful. The rooms were spacious, with smart bathroom layout and top-quality bedding that made for an incredibly peaceful night’s sleep, completely quiet and cozy. We also tried the hotel’s spa, and the therapist’s technique was excellent—very relaxing and professional. During our time in Nanjing, we explored some local highlights and enjoyed authentic street food, all of which added to the joyful atmosphere. Everyone in the family had a wonderful time. The hotel truly lives up to the Hilton standard—excellent service, attention to detail, and outstanding value for money.
