On New Year’s Day, our room was beautifully set with welcome fruits, and they were restocked throughout our stay along with refreshing drinks—so thoughtful. The rooms were spacious, with smart bathroom layout and top-quality bedding that made for an incredibly peaceful night’s sleep, completely quiet and cozy. We also tried the hotel’s spa, and the therapist’s technique was excellent—very relaxing and professional. During our time in Nanjing, we explored some local highlights and enjoyed authentic street food, all of which added to the joyful atmosphere. Everyone in the family had a wonderful time. The hotel truly lives up to the Hilton standard—excellent service, attention to detail, and outstanding value for money. Unfortunately, due to late returns after the games, we missed both afternoon tea and the late-night noodle offering—but knowing it was available made us appreciate the thoughtfulness even more. Our luggage was quite heavy, so the hotel’s little delivery robot was a real game-changer. It brought everything up to our door, though it was a bit tricky to retrieve from the robot’s compartment. Just as we were struggling, a kind housekeeping staff member passed by and immediately helped us carry everything inside—so grateful for her spontaneous kindness!
