We had to climb several flights of stairs, which was not only inconvenient but also quite stressful. This was our first visit—and it will be our last. While the food at the event itself was good, the lack of basic amenities and clear communication really let down the experience. The hotel definitely needs a serious upgrade in both facilities and guest service. It’s disappointing to arrive at a place that promises comfort but falls short on such fundamental aspects.
