The front desk staff, especially Xiao Yang, were exceptionally warm and attentive, going the extra mile to help with any request. The only minor issue was one window not closing fully, which led to a mosquito bite on my child—but the team responded immediately the next day by sending over an electric mosquito repellent. My kid loved the breakfast options, especially the noodles, and even said they’d want to stay here again. With the great location, friendly service, and solid value, this hotel is definitely worth recommending.

I've stayed at quite a few e-sports hotels, but this Home E-Sports Hotel in Chengdu's Yingmenkou district truly stands out. The room was surprisingly spacious—more than I expected—and the layout made it easy to enjoy gaming or just relax without feeling cramped. Cleanliness is top-notch: the bedding, bathroom, and overall room hygiene were spotless, which really added to the comfort. What impressed me most was the location—there are tons of great dining options nearby, and if you're up for an evening stroll, you can easily walk to Fuxin Night Market. It's full of local flavors, street food, and fun little shops. Plus, public transport access is convenient, making it easy to get around the city.
