My stay at Chengdu Jinniu EVEN Hotels was absolutely outstanding—10 out of 10 without a doubt! I especially want to highlight the amazing service from front desk staff Xiao Huang and Xiao Zhang. Check-in was quick, smooth, and professional, and they even proactively shared details about the laundry service and breakfast hours—such a thoughtful touch. Later in the evening, I had a small issue upon returning to the hotel, and reaching out for help was the best decision. They responded instantly with genuine care and enthusiasm, never once showing frustration. Their dedication made the entire trip feel more relaxed and enjoyable. The hotel itself is quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located near public transit. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chengdu.

I was genuinely blown away by this stay—far exceeded my expectations! The hotel is perfectly nestled next to Tianfu Art Park, so every morning I woke up to lush greenery outside the window and birds chirping in the trees. It felt like a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city. The room design is modern yet cozy, with a comfortable bed that made for an excellent night’s sleep. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. Staff were incredibly warm and attentive—from check-in to daily service, they went above and beyond without being intrusive. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the laundry room is super convenient for longer stays. Breakfast was a highlight: a wide variety of options from fresh pastries to local specialties, all tasty and freshly prepared. But honestly, the best part? Just stepping out the door and walking straight into the park. Morning strolls or evening walks among the art installations and gardens were pure joy. This place isn’t just a hotel—it’s a calming escape with great value. I’ll definitely be back, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, stylish, and thoughtful urban retreat.

Staying at Chengdu Jinfu Ramada was a delightful experience overall. The room showed a bit of age, but it was spotlessly clean and well-maintained—definitely not an issue. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded my room at no extra cost, which was a lovely surprise. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the stay. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with good quality options. The service staff, especially one of the ladies, stood out for her warmth and local knowledge—she gave us great tips on getting around and even reminded me to bring an umbrella since the weather had been unpredictable lately. That small gesture really made the trip more comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and genuine hospitality.

Staying at Chengdu Weilan Hot Spring Garden Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Located just steps from Kuanzhai Xijie and the metro station, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The shopping area isn’t flashy, but the real plus is the variety of local eateries right downstairs—perfect for grabbing a quick bite without leaving the building. We booked two rooms for our family trip: the twin room was on the quieter side of the building, and we loved the smart toilet—it made daily routines so much more comfortable. The bathroom also featured a rainfall showerhead, which added to the relaxing vibe. The king room with private hot spring tub was great, though we did notice some noise from the downstairs karaoke bar late at night—could use better soundproofing. But what really stood out was the small courtyard where we enjoyed tea in the sun (if only the weather had been brighter!). Plus, there’s a friendly dog around who loves being petted—such a sweet touch. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value, great amenities, and a warm, homely atmosphere. Definitely recommend for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Chengdu.

I chose James Joyce Coffetel on purpose for my trip to Chengdu, and I couldn’t be happier with the choice. The retro-artistic vibe is incredibly photogenic—every corner in the lobby, from the vintage sofas to the curated art pieces, just screams Instagram-worthy. The room was cozy and inviting, with comfortable bedding and high-quality toiletries that made me feel pampered. What truly stood out was the 24-hour coffee bar—perfect for a late-night pick-me-up—and the complimentary midnight snacks, which showed real thoughtfulness. It’s walking distance to major attractions like Happy Valley and Southwest Jiaotong University, and the staff even gave great local food recommendations. This place delivers on both comfort and experience. Definitely a top pick for anyone visiting Chengdu.

My stay at Simmanju Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley Fuqin Subway Station Hotel was far beyond my expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—right between the charming Kuanzhai Alley and the lively Fuqin Night Market. After a day exploring the artistic streets, I could easily walk a few minutes to dive into the bustling energy of the night market, still smelling faintly of grilled skewers by the time I returned. The room exceeded my expectations in comfort—the bedding was soft and cozy, and the soundproof windows kept the city noise completely out, allowing for a deep, uninterrupted sleep. I especially loved the thoughtful design: warm wood tones combined with subtle lighting created a calm, inviting atmosphere that felt both modern and homely. The front desk staff were genuinely friendly and offered local recommendations for authentic dan dan noodles and spicy hot pot spots—way more affordable than the trendy places online. Even on checkout, they handed me a small souvenir, which made the whole experience feel personal and heartfelt. I’ve already recommended this hotel to friends planning a trip to Chengdu. If you want to soak up old-city charm while enjoying a comfortable, well-designed space, this place is absolutely worth a visit.

Staying at Xi'en International Hotel was far more than just a place to sleep—it became a highlight of my entire trip to Chengdu. From the moment I arrived, every step of the experience felt seamless and thoughtfully designed. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Zhang, went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service—offering helpful tips on local attractions and nearby subway access to Jinsha Museum and Yipin Tianxia Station. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. I truly felt like I had found a peaceful retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. Leaving the hotel, I already knew I’d be coming back on my next visit to Chengdu. Without hesitation, I’ll recommend this place to anyone traveling here—exceptional value, genuine hospitality, and a stay that feels personal and memorable.

Staying at Yishang Hotel (Chengdu Southwest Jiaotong University Shawan Subway Station Branch) was one of the best experiences during my trip to Chengdu. The hotel is located just steps away from the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city—no need to worry about traffic or parking. What stood out most was how quiet and peaceful the place was, despite being in a busy area; it’s clearly well-located away from the main road, so you can truly rest without any noise disturbance. The staff, especially front desk worker Xiao Liu, was incredibly friendly and helpful—always smiling and ready to assist with anything. The room itself was spotless, clean, and well-maintained, giving a real sense of comfort and hygiene. The interior design is modern yet minimalist, with subtle stylish touches that make it perfect for casual photoshoots. Overall, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, creating a relaxing vibe that made me feel right at home. If you're looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay with excellent location and great service, this hotel is definitely worth considering. A top choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Staying at LAN'S Hotel (Kuanzhai Alley, Chengdu) was an absolute delight. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful—friendly, efficient, and always smiling. The location is unbeatable: right across from Yongning Temple, with major attractions like Kuanzhai Alley and Renmin Road just a short walk away. I loved exploring the local streets and discovering hidden gems—some of the best traditional Sichuan food spots have been around for decades, and every bite was authentic and delicious. Inside the hotel, everything felt fresh and well-maintained: clean rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, excellent air conditioning, and thoughtfully stocked amenities. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and charm in one place. For travelers who value both culture and comfort, this hotel is truly a standout. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Located just steps from the metro station and surrounded by a vibrant food scene, Minyoun Rezen Hotel (Chengdu Jinniu District Southwest Jiaotong University Metro Station) offers unbeatable convenience. The neighborhood is packed with dining options—whether I wanted to order in or grab a bite nearby, it was all super easy. As a newly opened property, the room felt fresh and well-equipped: clean bathrooms, modern fixtures, and even a mini-fridge, which came in handy. What stood out most was the excellent sound insulation—no noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, making for a peaceful night’s sleep. Overall, this hotel delivers top-tier comfort and value. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu.

I've stayed in Chengdu over 200 nights a year, usually booking major chain hotels directly through official channels—mainly for the best rates, member perks, and loyalty tier status (Marriott Titanium, Hilton Diamond, IHG Diamond, Huazhu Platinum, Jinjiang Black). This time I got a local stay voucher and tried booking through the platform into one of those big brands, but it wasn’t the most cost-effective option. So I decided to go for a standalone property instead, maximizing the value of the voucher. Choosing a standalone hotel is always a bit of a gamble. I was almost locked in on another place when I stumbled across this one last minute. The room photos immediately caught my eye—it looked exactly like a recently rebranded Holiday Inn Express. After applying the voucher, the final price was incredibly competitive, so I didn’t hesitate much. A quick glance at the reviews confirmed it was worth trying. I arrived from a distant Fairfield by Marriott in the southern part of the city, taking a direct subway ride of over 30 stops to Jinfu Station—no transfers needed. It took just five minutes to walk from the exit to the hotel. Check-in went smoothly, and the front desk staff were training a new team member, which made them extra attentive and patient. The room matched my expectations closely—almost fully retaining the recent Holiday Inn Express design language. Some features weren't in use anymore, like the in-room safe. The central AC had been turned off and replaced with a standalone unit, with the outdoor condenser installed in a section near the floor-to-ceiling window, slightly reducing the view and natural light. But thanks to a complimentary room upgrade, the overall sightlines remained excellent. There’s a laundry room with a regular-sized washing machine—definitely not commercial-grade, but functional enough. I noticed they’re installing a dryer too, which will be a nice addition soon. Amenities-wise, the bath products aren’t from HIX anymore, and towels and face cloths are single-use by default, though you can request reusable linens if needed. Besides clear remnants of the former Holiday Inn Express identity, there are subtle traces of Starway Hotel as well. As a standalone property now, maintenance and service details don’t quite match the standards set under IHG or Huazhu management. But honestly, considering the price point, the quality-to-value ratio is outstanding. If you're staying around Jinfu area, this is definitely a solid recommendation. Too bad it’s not part of any major brand group—I’d have stayed here multiple times otherwise.

Staying at Shenghuatai Hotel (Chengdu Happy Valley) was a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and well-designed, offering plenty of comfort for a relaxing night's sleep. What stood out the most was the convenient location—just a short walk from Xin Qiao Metro Station, making it easy to get around Chengdu or head straight to the Happy Valley area. The hotel’s entrance has a grand and welcoming appearance, and the overall ambiance felt clean and modern. The surrounding area is well-equipped with dining options, shopping, and entertainment, so you don’t need to go far for anything. It’s a great spot for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and value—all in one place. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
