The atmosphere is serene and relaxing, and the cleanliness of the room was spotless — even the smallest corners were meticulously maintained. Everything about this place feels thoughtfully designed. The facilities are impressive, especially for photography lovers; every corner looks like a magazine spread. My personal highlight was the private heated pool — perfect for a quiet evening swim under the stars. It’s so peaceful and romantic. The breakfast menu was fantastic, especially the local noodles — simple but delicious. And the coffee? Made right in front of me with rich crema and deep aroma — you can tell it’s top quality. I loved having an iced espresso with a full cup of ice, super refreshing. Even the little side dishes like the cute sweet potatoes and yam slices added charm to the meal. The staff, especially our dedicated host Xiao Zhan, went above and beyond with warm, personalized service. This trip felt luxurious without feeling overpriced. The resort is absolutely stunning, with a beautifully designed courtyard and elegant Spanish-inspired architecture that creates a truly immersive getaway vibe. Breakfast was excellent—plenty of variety and high quality, while afternoon tea was a delightful treat with delicious pastries and perfectly brewed teas. Our concierge, Harry, was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond. Without any prior planning, he helped us book a helicopter ride and a rejuvenating spa treatment—all spot-on recommendations. When we mentioned feeling a bit under the weather, he promptly arranged ginger tea for us, which was such a kind touch. Room service was fast and efficient, always arriving exactly when needed. This was hands-down our best hotel experience in Sanya so far. The only regret? We didn’t stay longer! If you’re looking for a peaceful yet luxurious escape with exceptional personal service, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended.

Located right in the heart of Haitang Bay, it's just a short walk from Atlantis and close to the Sanya International Duty-Free Shopping Mall—perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The room was spacious with an incredible ocean view overlooking the South China Sea; waking up to see the sunrise from the balcony was unforgettable. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, and parking is super convenient. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive—the concierge team, especially Xigua and Xiaoxue, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. From personalized touches to prompt service, every detail felt thoughtful. This place truly delivers on comfort, location, and hospitality. I’d absolutely come back again.
