During New Year's period, the hotel was lively with plenty of family-friendly activities that kept the kids entertained. The guest manager, Xiao Luo, went above and beyond—she reached out before check-in to confirm details and checked in regularly during our stay to ensure everything was satisfactory. On checkout day, she even arranged a late departure without hassle, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was spotless and comfortable, with soft bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. The housekeeping staff were thorough and attentive, leaving no corner untouched. Every team member we interacted with showed genuine warmth and professionalism. From start to finish, the service felt personal and caring. It’s a perfect choice for families or anyone looking for a welcoming, well-run hotel. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to others.

Arrived in the afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel directly next to Metro Line 2, making travel incredibly convenient—especially for catching Li Jingru's concert just two stops away at the Sports Center Station. I was on the 22nd floor, and while some renovation work was ongoing nearby, the front desk had proactively informed me upon check-in, which showed great transparency and care. The room itself was spotlessly clean, with all amenities fully functional and the overall environment well-maintained. Staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the excellent experience. Even with minor noise from construction, it didn’t ruin the stay—just a small trade-off for such a central and well-run location. The value for money is outstanding, and I’d definitely return. Looking forward to seeing how much better this hotel gets with time.

The next morning, I tried to sleep in but was disturbed by ongoing construction noise. Instead of just ignoring it, the front desk proactively offered to stop the work if it bothered me—I just needed to message them. They even followed up later via WeChat to confirm whether the noise had affected my rest. That level of care and attention is rare these days. The service went above and beyond, making the entire stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and solo visitors alike.

We arrived on a rainy day and were pleasantly surprised when the host upgraded us to a better room for free—since another guest had canceled their booking. The lobby is spacious and welcoming, with a long table perfect for working or relaxing, plus a microwave available for guests’ convenience. On a sunny day, sitting in the backyard with a cup of tea would be absolutely ideal. The room itself was spotless and beautifully designed with a minimalist, modern touch. Everything you’d need was provided: shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes, towels, bath sheets, hairdryer, electric kettle—all thoughtfully included. The water heater delivered strong, consistent hot water, making showers very comfortable. We even got plastic slippers for use in the bathroom. The bed was incredibly cozy, and we slept like babies. Even though it was raining during our stay, lying in bed listening to the gentle sound of rain tapping against the balcony window was oddly peaceful. There were few other guests around, so the place felt quiet and intimate. While the property isn’t right next to a metro station, getting there by taxi or bus was easy and convenient. Unfortunately, we couldn’t explore the neighborhood due to the weather, but I’ll definitely come back if I visit Xiamen again. This place offers an unbeatable mix of comfort, charm, and value—highly recommend!

We didn’t need to rely on rideshares—we could easily hail a cab right outside the door to get anywhere in town. The neighborhood is fantastic for food lovers: there’s a wide variety of eateries nearby. I especially recommend Wu Zai Tian Snack Shop—it’s a local favorite with authentic flavors. And yes, we finally got to try the famous balang (sea slug) jelly again, which was a nostalgic treat after years of missing it.
