The front desk team was welcoming and professional—every staff member had a warm smile and went the extra mile to assist us. The hotel itself feels brand new, with modern furnishings and spotless rooms. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast spread was impressive—offering a good mix of local and international options, all fresh and tasty. From start to finish, the experience exceeded expectations. My room was from the original section, not the recently renovated wing, but cleanliness was excellent — everything felt fresh, including crisp linens and a spotless bathroom with no water stains. The staff went above and beyond: front desk personnel and housekeeping were friendly and helpful, even offering me a tea set for my stay — such a thoughtful touch. One thing to note: the elevator requires a room key card, so food deliveries had to be left in the lobby. However, walking to the bustling Baishi Market only takes about 10–15 minutes (including crossing busy intersections), making it easy to explore local street food and vibe. Overall, despite minor logistics, the location, cleanliness, and warm service made this a truly enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back if I visit Xiamen again.

It was fun watching the little bot bring up snacks and toiletries. Water pressure from the showerhead is on the weak side, so you’ll need to wait a few seconds for it to build up. Still, it’s manageable. The location is fantastic—just a 10-15 minute walk to Nanputuo Temple and Xiamen Botanical Garden. If you’re not in the mood to walk, taxis or shared bikes are super easy to find nearby. While other attractions are a bit farther, the hotel’s convenience and staff attitude really stand out. We visited Xiamen for the New Year holiday and arrived at the hotel just after sunrise, around 8:30 AM. To our delight, we were able to check in immediately and even received a room upgrade—what a great start! While the room isn’t huge, every detail was thoughtfully designed: smart toilet, motorized curtains, mini-fridge, and a smart speaker (Xiao Du) all included. There are two different pillow options—one softer, one firmer—perfect for different sleep preferences. My favorite feature? The makeup mirror with Bluetooth connectivity! I loved getting ready while listening to my favorite playlist. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet zones, and housekeeping cleans it daily. Noise insulation is excellent—no sound from neighboring rooms or hallway traffic. Getting around is super easy: taxis are readily available, and there’s a wide variety of delicious local food just steps away. Even the elevator carpet changes color depending on the day of the week—such a fun little touch! This place truly blends comfort, convenience, and thoughtful design.
