The next day’s airport transfer was excellent too; driver Andy was friendly, courteous, and helped carry my luggage without being asked. We had a pleasant chat throughout the ride. A few suggestions for improvement: the afternoon tea selection was limited, and the fruit—especially the watermelon—wasn’t very fresh. Dinner options were also quite narrow. The room stayed chilly despite running the heater all night—temperature barely reached 15°C, so adding a heating option would be helpful. Also, breakfast was missing some items, and they weren’t replenished promptly. That said, the overall experience was still positive. The staff responded quickly to feedback, and the views from the room were stunning—especially sunrise in the morning. One small disappointment: no capsule or instant coffee available, which is common even in budget hotels. Adding that would make the stay much more convenient for guests who rely on coffee.

Service was surprisingly smooth despite having only one staff member handling everything: remote inquiries, check-in, room service—all while being a first-day employee. Yet he remained calm, friendly, and efficient. Room amenities were spot-on: kid-friendly slippers, a full laundry setup with washer and dryer, plus a drying rack. Free umbrellas are available throughout the property—such a nice touch. And location? Unbeatable. Our balcony offered direct sea views, and the beach is just a 200-meter stroll away—perfect for families with kids. This place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and charm.
