Special thanks to concierge Yang who greeted us warmly upon arrival, checked in on our comfort, and even brought fresh welcome fruit—a thoughtful touch. On departure day, we had a late afternoon flight, and I asked if we could extend checkout time. Front desk staff Xiao Huang saw we were traveling with an elder and kindly extended our check-out to 1:30 PM—so appreciative! This hotel offers great value, excellent service, and genuine care. I’ll definitely be back here on my next visit to Xiamen.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Juncheng Hotel (Xiamen Zhongshan Road Branch). I upgraded to the multimedia room, which offered more space than expected and felt very clean and well-maintained. The bathroom features a window—natural light makes a big difference—and there’s even a small mirror, perfect for those with glasses. The room is located on the opposite side of the elevator, so it’s quiet and peaceful, though the windows aren’t perfectly soundproof—some faint chatter from downstairs could be heard at night. That said, the motorized curtains are a huge plus; just press a button and you’re set. Location-wise, it’s just a short walk to the BRT station, and one stop gets you to the metro system, making travel around Xiamen super convenient. Overall, this place offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended if you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and smart convenience in a great location.

One thing to note: the elevator requires a room key card, so food deliveries had to be left in the lobby. However, walking to the bustling Baishi Market only takes about 10–15 minutes (including crossing busy intersections), making it easy to explore local street food and vibe. Overall, despite minor logistics, the location, cleanliness, and warm service made this a truly enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back if I visit Xiamen again.

We arrived on a rainy day and were pleasantly surprised when the host upgraded us to a better room for free—since another guest had canceled their booking. The lobby is spacious and welcoming, with a long table perfect for working or relaxing, plus a microwave available for guests’ convenience. On a sunny day, sitting in the backyard with a cup of tea would be absolutely ideal. The room itself was spotless and beautifully designed with a minimalist, modern touch. Everything you’d need was provided: shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes, towels, bath sheets, hairdryer, electric kettle—all thoughtfully included. The water heater delivered strong, consistent hot water, making showers very comfortable. We even got plastic slippers for use in the bathroom. The bed was incredibly cozy, and we slept like babies. Even though it was raining during our stay, lying in bed listening to the gentle sound of rain tapping against the balcony window was oddly peaceful. There were few other guests around, so the place felt quiet and intimate. While the property isn’t right next to a metro station, getting there by taxi or bus was easy and convenient. Unfortunately, we couldn’t explore the neighborhood due to the weather, but I’ll definitely come back if I visit Xiamen again. This place offers an unbeatable mix of comfort, charm, and value—highly recommend!
