This stay absolutely exceeded my expectations — a truly memorable experience that I’d highly recommend. We booked a suite, and the spacious layout was perfect for our family, with four beds providing plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The front desk staff, Joanna Huang, was incredibly attentive and welcoming during check-in, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Housekeeping on the 46th floor was outstanding — every corner was spotless, with meticulous attention to detail that showed real care. The highlight was definitely the rotating restaurant on the 50th floor. The views were breathtaking, and breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. The happy hour offerings were equally impressive, and the manager, Andy Chu, went above and beyond with his warm, personalized service — always checking in to see if we needed anything. From start to finish, the hospitality, comfort, and overall quality were top-notch. I’m already planning my next visit and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.
