The facilities are modern and well-maintained, though the toilet seat is slightly higher than average—probably due to a heated cover installed later, but not a big issue. Staff were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety, no repeats over three days! This hotel has been everywhere on Little Red Book lately, and after staying here, I totally get why. Walking into the lobby felt like stepping into a vintage Shanghai film—deep burgundy sofas paired with Bauhaus-inspired furniture create such a unique, nostalgic atmosphere. The whole place radiates that 90s 'old money' elegance, beautifully done without feeling over-the-top. The suite was enormous, offering plenty of space and a luxurious feel.
