The staff were warm, professional, and made us feel truly valued—greeting us with a complimentary Portuguese drink upon check-in was such a thoughtful touch. The on-site bar and restaurant are excellent, offering delicious food and drinks at very reasonable prices. While Lisbon is famously hilly, the hotel’s location makes walking to many attractions convenient, and when we needed a break, Uber rides were quick and affordable. This stay exceeded all expectations. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience!

Initially, we were assigned a room with a glass-enclosed toilet and bathtub, which wasn’t quite our style, so we requested a change the next day. They moved us to a ground-floor room with a regular bathroom—quick and hassle-free. Everything else was perfect: clean, quiet, well-located near the metro, and great value for money. Would definitely book again if ever in Lisbon!

Just a 5-minute walk to Parque Metro Station (Blue Line), which connects to major attractions and other transit lines, making exploration around Lisbon super convenient. It’s also less than 5 minutes to the Pink Line if you’re heading to the airport—very practical. Thanks to the platform for offering such a great selection of accommodations; it made my Lisbon trip memorable and stress-free.
