A special shoutout to Betty at reception—your warm smile genuinely brightened my stay! I’m already planning a return visit after the peak season to enjoy the hotel’s full charm without the crowds. One small suggestion: the restaurant currently has only two coffee machines, which seems like the lowest number among Pullman properties I’ve stayed in across Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. With some room for expansion, adding one more machine could significantly enhance the morning coffee experience.

That little extra flexibility made all the difference! The breakfast was fantastic—lots of variety, both Western and Chinese options, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. I especially loved the hot porridge and freshly baked bread. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly—from the air conditioning to the TV and mini-fridge. Staff responded quickly whenever I needed something, which added to the overall ease of the stay. I didn’t get any photos of the hotel (too busy enjoying the city!), but if you're visiting Suzhou, this is a great choice.
