My stay at Rocco Forte the Charles Hotel in Munich was mostly positive. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. The self-service buffet area had visible cleanliness issues, including a fly on the counter, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. This is definitely something the hotel should address urgently.
