I stayed at this Homeinn hotel from November 6th to November 11th—six consecutive days—and I’m planning to extend my stay for two more days. The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with smart space utilization. I especially appreciated the small sofa by the bed where I could relax and watch TV. The front desk staff member—a young guy with a great smile—went above and beyond: he washed my clothes, dried them, and even hung them neatly in the room on hangers. That level of care made a big difference. I’ve never experienced such thoughtful service before. I’m definitely recommending this place to friends and family. It’s not just about the price—it’s the genuine hospitality that makes it stand out.

The Tmall Genie worked flawlessly—we could control the curtains, air conditioning, and lights just by voice command, and calling the front desk was instant and hassle-free. Staff were friendly, professional, and available 24/7, making us feel secure and well taken care of. Location-wise, it’s ideal: just a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and super close to major attractions like Ditan Park and Yonghe Temple. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby—try Ya’er Li Ji for authentic hot pot, Bianyifang for delicious Peking duck, and local favorites like Beijing-style stews. With clean rooms, smart features, helpful staff, and unbeatable convenience, this stay was truly memorable. I’d definitely recommend it and come back again.

Location-wise, it's incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Liufang Metro Station, making it easy to reach the Beijing International Exhibition Center and other key areas. The only minor issue was the slight noise from the exhaust fan, but it wasn't disruptive during sleep—just something you notice if you're really sensitive to background sounds. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Beijing. A solid choice for travelers seeking comfort, cleanliness, and accessibility.

At first glance, the hotel looks quite small from the outside, but once inside, it's a pleasant surprise—spacious and well-maintained. Being able to book a room with breakfast for two within Beijing's Third Ring Road for around $300 is an excellent value. The cleanliness is impressive, and all the air conditioners have been recently replaced—very comfortable and quiet. The only downside is the distance from the nearest subway station, which requires a bit of walking, but overall, the stay was fantastic. Highly recommend this place for its great quality and affordability.

The server, an older lady who worked there, was especially warm and welcoming, making the meal feel more like dining at a family-run spot than a chain hotel. Just steps away from the hotel, there's a fantastic spicy hot pot place that’s perfect for late-night cravings. I ended up eating there twice—it’s affordable, tasty, and convenient. Being right near Zuojiazhuang Subway Station makes getting around Beijing super easy. Overall, this is easily the best Homeinn experience I’ve had, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
