Dining on the terrace by the pool under shady trees made it even more enjoyable. The swimming pools are clean, with both large and small options, perfect for relaxing on a lounger. Location-wise, it’s central and very convenient for reaching major attractions. A popular shopping mall is just a 10-minute taxi ride away. While nearby malls aren’t particularly modern or exciting, the hotel’s surroundings are peaceful and authentic, giving you a real sense of old-school Cebu. Staff are incredibly courteous—greeted us with a welcome drink and available 24/7. Throughout our stay, everything ran smoothly, which is rare in Philippine hotels where minor issues and communication gaps often pop up. Here, none of that happened. Hotel Elizabeth Cebu

The view from Hotel Elizabeth Cebu was absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning. The breakfast spread was generous and well-prepared, offering a great start to each day. The room itself was clean, modern, and spacious, making it a comfortable retreat after exploring the city. The only minor issues were a non-functional phone line in the room and a bidet that didn’t work as smoothly as expected. However, these were small hiccups that didn’t detract from the overall experience. The location is convenient, close to public transport, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite the little glitches, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a peaceful, well-located base in Cebu.
