The only minor issue was that the elevator occasionally malfunctioned, but it wasn’t frequent enough to ruin the stay. All in all, this hotel offers excellent value for money, and I’d definitely consider returning if I come back to Jakarta.

Service is attentive without being intrusive, and the overall atmosphere feels modern, clean, and welcoming.
