The lights in our room kept flickering, and the main entrance door wouldn’t close properly at night. We had to prop it shut with chairs just to feel safe. We reported the issues every single day, only to be told, ‘We’ll file a report,’ which never led to any actual fix. When we brought it up again to the front desk, the response was simply, ‘OK, we’ll make a report.’ No apology, no follow-up, not even a gesture of goodwill. In the end, we were offered a free beer—nothing more. While the hotel’s location and overall vibe are strong, the lack of maintenance support and poor communication left a bad taste. If you’re considering a stay here, know that while the service can be warm, reliability and problem-solving need serious improvement.
