The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and my husband and I slept soundly throughout Carnival, thanks to our foam earplugs. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind — especially the housekeeper who cleaned our suite daily with a smile that lit up the room. The second-floor terrace overlooking the lush courtyard became our favorite spot for afternoon naps, surrounded by greenery and blooming bougainvilleas. The birdsong at dawn and dusk added a magical touch to the peaceful atmosphere. Located right in the heart of Centro Histórico, we were steps away from Plaza Machada and the Malecón. It was such a thoughtful gesture to provide a 19-liter jug of drinking water in the room — very convenient and appreciated. I truly wish we could have stayed longer. This hotel is a gem.
