We were delighted to find a cozy kids’ tent, a cute lion plush toy, and a little backpack waiting for him. The room also came stocked with baby-safe disinfectants and bed rails—so much care taken for families traveling with infants. Our baby loved playing inside the tent and instantly bonded with his new plush friend. But the real highlight? A personalized baby towel and mini tote bag with his name on it—such a sweet keepsake for his very first journey. It made the whole experience so memorable. This level of service and attention to detail is truly unmatched. If you're traveling with a baby, this hotel is an absolute must-visit.

If you’re here to catch the Macao 2049 show, you’re in luck: it’s right downstairs, just a quick walk away. Just a heads-up—no drinks allowed inside the theater, so grab your beverage before entering. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and I’d highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and entertainment seekers.

We dined there for lunch with eight people, ordering different set menus, and every dish was exceptional—rich flavors, elegant presentation, and authentic French touches. It felt like a real culinary experience. From service to ambiance, everything exceeded expectations. This place isn’t just great—it’s unforgettable. We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary and my birthday with the whole family on a three-night stay in Macau, and staying at Grand Hyatt Macau was an absolute highlight. From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive—especially when they noticed we had kids. They even upgraded us to higher floors (18th and 20th) with stunning views of the City of Dreams fountain, which became a favorite spot for the little ones to enjoy every evening. The hallway was spacious and quiet, and the soundproofing in the rooms was impressive—no noise from other guests or hallways. Stepping into our room felt like entering a peaceful retreat: open layout, generous space, no sense of crowding. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views, and the kids couldn’t stop gushing over the fountain show. The bathroom was a dream—fully separated, with a huge soaking tub, dual vanities, overhead shower, soft ambient lighting, and a full-length mirror with a double door entry. It’s perfect for anyone who loves getting ready in style. We also loved the JBL Bluetooth alarm clock—we could stream our own music anytime. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with just the right firmness, and the linens felt luxurious. Even more surprising was the quality of the amenities: Paris-Balmain toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap)—all high-end, beautifully scented, and deeply moisturizing. I didn’t bring any personal products this time, and honestly, I’m glad I didn’t. Everything was top-notch. This trip exceeded all expectations, and we’ve already decided to come back again. A truly memorable experience.

Knowing I have asthma, they proactively arranged a room on a mid-level floor to avoid the construction zones, which showed real thoughtfulness and care. I upgraded for breakfast, and while the spread offered a good mix of Chinese, Western, and Indian options, there was one small issue: the banana station wasn’t restocked regularly. A couple took 10 bananas without eating them, leaving others without access — a bit frustrating. But the highlight? The complimentary herbal tea. It was such a pleasant surprise — soothing, fragrant, and perfectly relaxing. Overall, a great stay with thoughtful touches that made a big difference.

Staying at Pousada de Coloane Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Macau. Located in a quiet, slightly off-the-beaten-path area near the sea, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the bustling city center—perfect for unwinding. The sea breeze and calm atmosphere make walking along the waterfront a daily pleasure. Even though it’s not right in the heart of Macau, getting around is surprisingly easy: just a short walk from the back entrance leads directly to a bus stop. We took local buses into the city for just 6 HKD per trip—affordable, frequent, and convenient. On days when we had too many shopping bags, we’d drop them back at the hotel before heading out for dinner. The room itself was lovely, with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Sipping coffee while watching the waves roll in was pure bliss. The on-site pool was a nice touch, and the Portuguese restaurant served an exceptional dinner—we especially loved the Portuguese shrimp, which was flavorful, well-prepared, and served with great attention. Breakfast was also abundant and delicious. Everything about this stay—from the service to the ambiance—was top-notch. If we ever return to Macau, this will be our first choice again.
Marina Phantom Apartment Hotel
Staying here for a concert was absolutely the right choice! The hotel is super convenient—just a 20-minute walk to The Venetian, with The Galaxy directly across the street. It’s also within a similar walking distance to Lord Stow Street, so dining, shopping, and exploring are all super easy. The room itself is surprisingly spacious and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything you’d need is available—clean, well-maintained facilities with excellent hygiene standards. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially one lady who went above and beyond by upgrading me to a small suite at no extra cost. That little surprise made the whole experience feel special. If you’re visiting Macau, especially for events or just looking for a great base, this place delivers on every level—great value, great location, and genuine hospitality.
