While parking runs $49 per day with valet-only access, we didn’t rent a car since our plans centered around walking and using local transit—perfect for visiting family, including my son and his kids. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to answer questions or share insights about the neighborhood changes. We appreciated the water stations throughout the property—simple but thoughtful touches. That said, there’s room for improvement in room pricing, menu options, and the operating hours of the lobby bar and rooftop lounge, especially since staffing felt stretched during our stay. Getting to Rainey Street required a short walk through a back alley, which slightly disrupted the serene vibe the hotel aims to maintain. For hotels like this one, integrating more in-house entertainment experiences alongside smoother valet services could greatly enhance guest satisfaction and value. Overall, it's a lovely place—great pool atmosphere, clean gym, and a convenient first-floor lounge ideal for casual meetups. With some tweaks to pricing, service hours, and guest flow, this could easily become a full-circle staycation favorite. Also, I’m quite sensitive to noise, and the sound from the air conditioning unit kept me awake during the night. That said, overall my stay was still very positive. The location is unbeatable, the room was comfortable, and the attention to detail in the design stood out. I’d definitely consider returning, especially if they can improve on the quietness of the AC system.
