A perfect family getaway! This resort is stunning and spacious, with plenty of room for kids to explore and play. The mini-golf course was a big hit, and the nightly s'mores by the firepit added such a cozy, fun touch—our kids loved it. The pools (indoor and outdoor) were great, and there’s ample space for little ones to run around without feeling cramped. One thing to note: the property has multiple levels connected by steps—sometimes two or even five steps between areas—so stroller access can be tricky if you're traveling with young kids. That said, the staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. From check-in to checkout, every interaction felt warm and seamless. Overall, an outstanding stay with top-notch service and a truly relaxing atmosphere. Definitely coming back!

Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel delivers an exceptional experience. December is especially magical here—elegant, serene, and full of charm. The location is unbeatable, nestled in the heart of campus with plenty of greenery and a calm vibe. Parking costs $21, which is a bit steep, but given how convenient the spot is and how close it is to everything, it's totally justified. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations—highly recommend for anyone visiting Austin, especially students, travelers, or business guests looking for a serene yet central base.
