Staying at Vintagehome Schönbrunn was an absolute delight! The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed—kitchenware, linens, even a coffee maker. It's super convenient for getting around: the metro and bus stop are just steps away, making it easy to explore Vienna’s highlights like Schönbrunn Palace and the city center. Grocery shopping is only a 2-minute walk away, and there are plenty of great restaurants within a 5-minute stroll. The only thing to note is that the unit is on the ground floor with no view, but honestly, we didn’t mind at all—it’s quiet, private, and very accessible. For the location, comfort, and value, this place is hard to beat. I’d definitely book again next time I visit Vienna.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a great location just a short walk from the city center. The contactless check-in process was smooth and efficient. However, there was no air conditioning, which made things quite warm during our stay—temperatures outside were consistently over 30°C, turning the room into something of a sauna. We reached out to the team about it, and they promptly provided an additional fan, which helped significantly. Their responsiveness was impressive and showed real care for guest comfort. Overall, despite the lack of AC, the apartment offered excellent value and a nice local vibe—perfect for travelers who want a home-like experience in Vienna.

I stayed at Fürstenhof in Vienna and was extremely disappointed. The room had a noticeable crack on the wall that gave it a creepy feel, and there was a lot of noise from outside during the night, making it hard to sleep. The most shocking issue was the toilet design—it was backwards! The bowl opening faced forward, so when using it, waste was clearly visible instead of going into the water. It was completely unacceptable and very unhygienic. The overall condition of the hotel didn’t match the price, and I wouldn’t recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a decent stay.
