Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome cake and fresh fruit, and all soft drinks and snacks were complimentary. The manual coffee machine was a real treat—no pods, just rich, aromatic coffee made fresh by hand. There’s even a QR code linking to a tutorial video, which added a nice personal touch. Every room came equipped with an iPad, making it easy to schedule housekeeping, dining reservations, and activities—all from the comfort of your suite. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the in-room amenities like the sleep-enhancing tea and sweet mung bean paste were thoughtful little details. The suite was spacious enough to separate work and rest areas seamlessly, and the kids’ toiletries were adorable—plus, they were restocked the next day. Afternoon tea was free, and breakfast was half-buffet with unlimited oysters and steak—seriously great value.
