Even with high demand at The Club Lounge, staff still offered gracious, low-bow service to members—such a nice touch. The welcome fruit and breakfast were both delicious and well-prepared. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. The Bund skyline is stunning day or night—definitely worth every moment spent by the window. I’ve already taken countless photos and can’t wait to come back. This hotel delivers on all fronts—perfect for travelers seeking luxury, comfort, and unforgettable scenery.

From hot dishes to cold appetizers, everything was fresh and well-prepared. I especially loved the smoked tofu with grilled fish—it tasted like something you’d find in a high-end restaurant, and all for just $17 per person. It’s hard to beat that kind of quality at this price. I also want to give a shoutout to a female server with glasses and short hair—her friendly demeanor and genuine smile made the morning even more enjoyable. Responses were prompt and helpful, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. The housekeeping team truly stood out—they kept the room immaculate every day, and even noticed when a pack of makeup pads was missing, promptly restocking it without being asked. It’s impressive how attentive they are, especially since we barely used any of the complimentary amenities. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated across from Zhongshan Park, a spacious and beautiful green space ideal for walking with kids. We took full advantage of the nearby trails and enjoyed some relaxing strolls in nature. We booked through a platform, and the deal was outstanding—great value for money. Overall, this was one of our most enjoyable stays, and we’ll definitely be back if we ever return to Shanghai.

After confirming I was a guest, he immediately took my luggage and carried it inside, guiding me through check-in with a friendly smile. Despite arriving during peak check-in time around 3 PM, there was no chaos or long lines—everything was smooth and efficient. Even more impressive? My bags never touched my hands again—they were taken straight up in the elevator to my room. That’s what true luxury service looks like. Special shoutout to Guest Experience Manager Billy Liang, who went above and beyond when he learned about my parents’ anniversary visit. He personally delivered a birthday cake, arranged a reservation at the rooftop Longfeng Hall, and even made sure they enjoyed live classic jazz music at the hotel bar.
