Dinner at the Executive Lounge was a real treat: dining high above the city with panoramic views of Canton Tower lit up at night felt unforgettable. She noticed we were traveling with a young child but didn’t have kids’ slippers, so she kindly asked and promptly brought some—such a small gesture, but incredibly appreciated. Even more impressive, she saw that we needed to keep an eye on the little one and proactively offered to join the two beds together, making it much easier for us to look after the child. No hassle, no delay—just genuine care. Throughout the entire stay, she remained warm, friendly, and smiling, making us feel like family. It’s rare to encounter such dedicated and heartfelt service, especially in a busy city hotel. This kind of employee deserves recognition—highly recommend the hotel to acknowledge her amazing effort!

Just a 5-minute walk from Exit A2 of Zhanjiang New Town Metro Station, it’s super convenient for getting around. The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. I enjoyed walking to Hai Xinsha to check out the exhibition — only about 10 minutes away. In the evening, I had a delicious Cantonese meal right downstairs and then strolled over to Huacheng Plaza, where the night views were stunning. Being centrally located in Zhujiang New Town, the proximity to major attractions made sightseeing effortless. For the price, the value-for-money is outstanding — no need to worry about transportation, just step out and explore. Highly recommended for travelers who want convenience, comfort, and great access to everything.
