We came to watch a live event and booked a twin room in advance. From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s cleanliness and warm ambiance stood out. The front desk staff went above and beyond: they had already received our pre-arrived packages and kindly signed for them on our behalf, even storing them safely until we arrived. During check-in, they patiently explained various amenities and services—an attentive touch that made us feel welcomed right away. Unfortunately, due to late returns after the games, we missed both afternoon tea and the late-night noodle offering—but knowing it was available made us appreciate the thoughtfulness even more. Our luggage was quite heavy, so the hotel’s little delivery robot was a real game-changer. It brought everything up to our door, though it was a bit tricky to retrieve from the robot’s compartment. Just as we were struggling, a kind housekeeping staff member passed by and immediately helped us carry everything inside—so grateful for her spontaneous kindness! On our friend’s birthday, we returned to find a handwritten birthday card and a lovely fruit-and-dessert platter waiting in the room. It brought tears to our eyes—such a sweet surprise! Later that night, my camera suddenly developed a storage issue and needed troubleshooting with a computer. At 1 a.m., I hesitated to ask, but reached out anyway—and the front desk team responded instantly, helping me resolve the problem. Truly incredible service. A heartfelt thank you to the team working on the 26th, 27th, and 28th—your care, attention, and genuine warmth made this trip unforgettable. We stayed in Nanjing for five nights, and after two less-than-satisfying days elsewhere, we switched to this hotel for the last three—and it was a perfect upgrade. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spotlessly clean, and all amenities were modern and well-maintained. One small but thoughtful touch: there’s a display on the TV showing how many washing machines are available at any time, so you don’t waste time walking down only to find them all in use. That little detail made laundry day stress-free. The location is fantastic—right next to Liu Chang Xing for great local food, and just a short walk from key attractions like the Presidential Palace, Six Dynasties Museum, Piliu Temple, and the Comfort Station Exhibition Hall. We didn’t get a chance to visit the Memorial Hall of the Victims of the Nanjing Massacre this time, but I’m already planning a return trip—definitely coming back here. Oh, and while booking through the platform, it mentioned complimentary late-night porridge. We didn’t ask for it, so we missed out—but if you’re staying here, don’t forget to request it! It’s a nice surprise worth taking advantage of.

The hotel has been recently renovated—everything feels fresh, clean, and comfortable. The room featured a smart toilet and a heated towel rail, which added a nice touch of modern convenience. I booked through a platform, and upon arrival, the front desk staff had already turned on the heating because of the sudden cold snap. They even noticed we came from the south and deliberately gave us a south-facing room with morning sunlight—such thoughtful attention to detail. There was a welcome drink in the mini-fridge, and since we were visiting Nanjing for tourism, they provided a helpful guide with tips on reaching key sights. Late at night, when our bottled water ran out, I called the front desk and within minutes, a robot delivered a new one right to our door—super efficient! Even more touching: when the staff spotted my birthday date on my ID, they surprised me with a small gift. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Across the street, there are plenty of dining options—our breakfast was at Lao Hun Dun, where we enjoyed authentic Nanjing wontons and crispy little pancakes that were delicious. This stay exceeded expectations. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting Nanjing—it’s not just convenient, it’s full of heart and excellent service.

We spent New Year's Eve at the Hilton Nanjing Riverside with my entire family, booking two rooms for a three-night stay. The overall experience was fantastic! On New Year’s Day, our room was beautifully set with welcome fruits, and they were restocked throughout our stay along with refreshing drinks—so thoughtful. The rooms were spacious, with smart bathroom layout and top-quality bedding that made for an incredibly peaceful night’s sleep, completely quiet and cozy. We also tried the hotel’s spa, and the therapist’s technique was excellent—very relaxing and professional. During our time in Nanjing, we explored some local highlights and enjoyed authentic street food, all of which added to the joyful atmosphere. Everyone in the family had a wonderful time. The hotel truly lives up to the Hilton standard—excellent service, attention to detail, and outstanding value for money.
