You can even stamp your own postcard with the hotel’s unique cultural design and send it off. It’s such a fun, memorable touch. The only minor downside? A few front desk staff weren’t as attentive when checking in, but everyone else—from housekeeping to concierge—was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
