The hotel is just steps away from Xujiahui Cathedral and Xujiahui Library, with luxury shopping hubs like Hongkong Plaza and Meiluo City nearby. If you're heading to Shanghai Stadium or Sports Arena for a concert, it's only one stop on the metro—or even easier, a short walk or bike ride away. This A.T.HOUSE property has that modern art vibe I love. The second-floor afternoon tea lounge and late-night dining spot are both stylish and inviting. The pastries are delicious, and the chicken soup wontons as well as the pork-filled dumplings are seriously satisfying. I was originally booked into a room type that wasn’t available yet, but the team kindly upgraded me to a Premium Suite—huge upgrade in space, view, and design. Everything felt thoughtfully curated. I ordered fresh fruit platters after my concert, and they arrived at my door in no time. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the service throughout was top-notch. Even at check-out, they handed me a lovely souvenir—a large record-shaped biscuit box that’s both cute and tasty. If there’s another concert in town, this will be my go-to hotel again.

We decided to check in a day early for our kid’s performance at the hotel’s banquet hall on New Year's Eve, avoiding potential traffic stress. From the moment we arrived, the front desk had already prepared our room—so thoughtful and efficient! The staff went above and beyond, even providing earplugs when asked. Our room on the 16th floor was spacious and well-designed with a business-friendly vibe—comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep, and a bathroom with clear separation between wet and dry areas, plus a relaxing bathtub. Since we had a late checkout due to the event, we were pleasantly surprised to get complimentary parking—no extra hassle. Breakfast and lunch were both enjoyed at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and consistent quality, while lunch was equally satisfying. Everything was smooth, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable. This stay exceeded expectations—perfect for families or business travelers looking for comfort and reliability. Highly recommended.

The value here is absolutely outstanding—no wonder it was packed during New Year’s holiday. The dinner buffet at 1188 Restaurant was incredible: unlimited fresh snow crab, salmon, sweet shrimp—all top quality and more than enough to satisfy any food lover. Despite the heavy crowd and high pressure on staff, the team handled everything with remarkable calm and efficiency. It’s rare to see such professionalism under busy conditions. Staying in the hotel during chilly weather, enjoying great food, and just unwinding—it felt like the perfect balance of comfort and indulgence. Special shoutout to Xiao Xu (Xiao X) at reception—quiet but incredibly effective, with that classic Shanghai sense of understated excellence. This place truly captures the spirit of Shanghai, and I’d definitely come back.

The room was spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night's sleep. The pillows were surprisingly cozy, and I actually slept better than I expected. The lobby has a modern, calming vibe with thoughtful details everywhere. The front desk staff were genuinely warm and attentive, always ready to help without being intrusive—so considerate! Location is excellent: just a short walk to the World Expo site and easily accessible to Lujiazui via subway. Everything about this stay felt seamless and premium. I’ve stayed at several Atour properties before, and this one stands out as one of the best. Definitely my go-to choice for future trips to Shanghai.

Perfect for business travelers! The hotel is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the metro and right by the Huangpu River. Waking up to the view of the river from my window was such a treat—calming and refreshing. Honestly, this was a total surprise! I originally booked three places—near Disneyland (around $80), a luxury urban retreat ($380), and SAVHE Hotel Shanghai World Expo. I never expected the most memorable stay to be the $80 one. The room was spacious, beautifully designed with warm wood tones, and filled with natural sunlight that made it feel incredibly cozy. The service stood out—after adding the concierge on WeChat, I could request laundry pickup/delivery, tea and snacks, yoga sessions, package forwarding, and even reservations at nearby Yuan Gu Muso Restaurant. I had lunch in the Instagram-worthy wooden cabin downstairs—so photogenic and peaceful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This wasn’t just a place to sleep—it was an experience. With such great value and attention to comfort and convenience, I’d definitely come back without hesitation.

If you're attending a concert at Mercedes-Benz Arena, this hotel is an absolute must-choose. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the venue, so you can head straight to your room after the show without any hassle. The room was spacious with all the essentials, and I especially loved the capsule coffee machine. The mini-fridge had basic snacks and drinks, which was convenient. Breakfast was fantastic—varied options and great quality. There’s ample parking, and nearby there are plenty of kid-friendly spots, making it perfect for families. With such a great value and excellent convenience, this place truly delivers. I’ll definitely be back!

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, with a quiet window-side spot that let in plenty of natural sunlight each morning—perfect for waking up to a peaceful vibe. What truly stood out was the front desk staff—they were so kind and helpful. I accidentally overslept, and they kindly extended my check-out time without hesitation. That level of care made me feel really welcomed. Conveniently located near Changqing Road Metro Station, it’s super easy to get to the World Expo Park and other attractions. The view from the window was stunning, and my kids had an absolute blast exploring the space 🥳 This was my first visit to this property in eight years, having moved cities since last time, and it still managed to exceed expectations 💖 The front desk team—both the guys and girls—were so warm and professional, making us feel right at home 🌷 When we checked out, I casually mentioned how much my child enjoyed the stay, and they immediately handed us a little lion plushie as a sweet keepsake! The location is unbeatable: just steps away from Sun Moon Light Mall, with endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby. Yet despite being in a bustling area, the hotel offers a surprisingly peaceful atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Clean rooms, thoughtful amenities, and excellent service make this a top-tier value experience. I’ve never felt more welcomed or satisfied during a city stay.
