The front desk staff, Jasmine, was incredibly friendly and efficient—her warm welcome made a big difference. Located just steps away from Beijing Road, the hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the action. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are all within walking distance. The spacious layout feels open and airy, and the floor-to-ceiling windows overlook lush greenery. Waking up to that view first thing in the morning instantly lifts your mood. One of the coolest touches? Food delivery arrives via robot—super convenient. And if your meal gets cold, the room comes with a microwave so you can reheat it right away. Total relaxation mode: unlocked. Service is also top-notch—special shoutout to Dana, who was incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely attentive. She made the stay feel personal and memorable. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.
