We had a fantastic 4-day business stay at this hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief given Chennai’s hot climate. Staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with local tips or travel advice. Stayed in the suite and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious layout—perfect for comfort with a TV, AC, mini-fridge, and ample closet space. The standard rooms are on the smaller side, but the upgrade was totally worth it. Lunch at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight: a delicious vegetarian thali served for just ₹149, filling us up completely. The staff were courteous, helpful, and made our stay seamless. The location is excellent—buses heading to Tirupati stop right here, making transfers super convenient. From check-in to checkout, every service was top-notch. This place deserves full marks. A truly memorable stay!

My stay at Grand Treat Hotel was disappointing overall. The room was much darker than the photos suggested—way more dim and uninviting than expected. The bedding was extremely dirty, with visible stains that made it hard to even consider lying down. There was also a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room, almost like mildew, which lingered despite opening the windows. While the location is convenient for getting around Chennai—especially if you're relying on public transit—the condition of the room significantly impacted my experience. It felt under-maintained and poorly managed. For the price, I expected better cleanliness and lighting. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a good value, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others looking for a decent, comfortable stay.
