The location of this apartment is excellent—just a short subway ride from the city center. However, the experience was severely undermined by the front desk staff's attitude. The woman on duty was extremely unfriendly, dismissive, and even verbally disrespectful toward guests. To make matters worse, she canceled two confirmed reservations without warning, forcing us to drive 500 km back home and then return the next day. It was absolutely not worth it just to spend one night here. While the price point is reasonable, the poor service and lack of professionalism made the entire stay frustrating. If you're looking for a budget option and don’t mind being treated poorly, this might suit you. But for us, it’s a hard pass—definitely not something we’d recommend.

The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful during daytime hours, always ready to assist. Despite its slightly quieter location, everything you need is within reach, and the overall experience is excellent. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a calm, clean, and well-located base in Hamburg.
