There's also a great selection of nearby dining options, and the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of hot and cold items. This is definitely my favorite hotel. The service is outstanding, the place is spotless, and the fitness facility is top-notch—every time I stay here, I feel completely at ease. It’s become a second home for me. That said, after seven visits this year, it’s a bit disappointing that the staff still treats us like first-time guests every single time. They’re young, friendly, and professional, but there’s no real sense of personal connection or family-like atmosphere. Still, the overall experience is excellent—great for wellness travelers who value comfort and quality. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean, well-equipped retreat in Hamburg.

Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options, though the location is less ideal—it's in an industrial area, which means limited nearby attractions. Unfortunately, we faced some challenges with public transport due to S-Bahn repairs. Waiting times for trains were long, and replacement buses arrived with significant delays. If you're planning to visit, allow extra time for travel, especially if relying on public transit. Despite this, the hotel’s comfort, cleanliness, and value make it a solid choice, particularly for travelers prioritizing a quiet, well-equipped apartment-style stay near Hamburg’s city center.

I've stayed at this hotel three out of four times during my visits to Hamburg, and I'd definitely come back again. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by great dining options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with friendly and efficient staff throughout our stay. It's clear they care about guest experience, and that makes all the difference. I'm already planning my next trip here for November 2025—highly recommend!

Despite its slightly quieter location, everything you need is within reach, and the overall experience is excellent. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a calm, clean, and well-located base in Hamburg.
