I highly recommend arriving early to snag a window seat—eating breakfast while watching the thundering falls is an unforgettable experience. Even though breakfast is included in the rate, there’s a tip option labeled 'Other' at checkout. We left a small gratuity as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, this hotel offers incredible value and convenience—perfect for anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

Since I was driving, I found it more cost-effective to park at a nearby lot rather than use the hotel’s parking, which was both expensive and located farther from the main entrance. What really stood out was learning that the in-room water usage (including shower) was actually free—something I initially thought might be charged. That came as a pleasant surprise. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Niagara Falls, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Even though the change of venue was unexpected, the overall service, comfort, and proximity to the falls made it a worthwhile stay. Highly recommend for travelers who value convenience and a stress-free experience.

We truly regretted not having more time to relax on the large balcony overlooking the garden. One major plus: the Wego bus stop is right out front (officially named the 'Bed and Breakfast Stop') and runs along River Road straight into the heart of the falls and nearby attractions—perfect for guests without a car. And kudos to Robin for her flexibility with our late arrival and her consistently prompt responses throughout our stay. Her warm hospitality made all the difference. This isn’t just a place to sleep—it’s a genuine home away from home. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.
