The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a comfortable queen-sized bed that struck the perfect balance between soft and supportive. I slept like a baby for two nights straight—no noise disturbance at all. Having access to a laundry facility was a huge plus, especially for longer stays. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—felt more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Suzhou.
