The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you’d need for cooking, and the staff do regular cleaning, which shows how much care they put into maintaining the space. 24/7 front desk service with friendly, helpful staff who go the extra mile to assist with anything from travel tips to booking local tours. Security is impressive too—access is card-controlled, which gives peace of mind. I actually had a funny moment: I went up from the 2nd floor to the 4th to do laundry, took the stairs down to ground level, but couldn’t re-enter because the card didn’t work. Ended up walking all the way around through the back door and back in—turns out the access system restricts movement between floors unless you’re on the right level! It was a small hiccup, but proof that their security system is thorough.
