Everything was self-service for check-in/check-out, but staff were always nearby to help if needed—friendly and efficient. I loved having access to a bathtub, a kettle, and even a small electric cooker in the room—perfect for making tea or quick snacks. It’s rare to find such a well-designed, thoughtfully equipped hotel in central Tokyo. Highly recommend this place for both business and leisure travelers.

On our last day, we caught the limousine bus right at the hotel entrance to the airport—no need to carry luggage through the city, which was incredibly convenient. During this stay, I was lucky enough to catch the 'Moon Viewing Thief' event—a fun, festive little experience that added a unique charm to my visit. It’s only a 2-minute walk to Sugamo Station, making public transit super convenient. I took the train to Narita Airport easily, and the route was straightforward and stress-free. Plus, just a 2-minute stroll away is a great spot called Torikizoku—super tasty food that made my trip even better. I’d definitely come back here again. The shampoo, in particular, didn’t leave my hair greasy afterward—it left it soft and smooth, especially when paired with the Panasonic hairdryer provided.
